Who makes the games?
All 31 games are our own. They are designed and built by our in-house studio and hosted on our own server at cruises-online.com/our-games/. When you open a game it loads inside the page from our server - we don't use third-party game providers.
What kinds of games are there?
Slots, adventure slots with stories and maps, classic fruit-style games, arcade games with combo meters, and instant-win games such as Plinko, Keno and Diamond Scratch. Use the filters on the All Games page to find them.
Do I need to download anything?
No. Every game runs in your web browser on phones, tablets and computers. For the best experience use an up-to-date version of Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
A game won't load - what can I do?
Press Restart game under the game window, refresh the page, or check your internet connection. Some privacy extensions can block embedded games - try pausing them for cruises-online.com. If it still doesn't work, tell us which game and which device you use.
Are the results fair?
Each game uses a random number generator to decide outcomes. As no real money is involved, results are purely for entertainment.
Your account
How do I create an account?
Go to Join free and choose a username, enter your name, email and a password - or use Continue with Google. You must confirm you are 18+ and live in the UK.
How does Google sign-in work?
Google shares only your name and verified email address with us. Our server checks the sign-in token directly with Google before creating or opening your account. We never see your Google password.
I forgot my password
Send us a message using the Forgot password topic from the email address on your account and we'll help you reset it. For your safety we never send passwords by email.
My account is locked
After five wrong passwords in a row your account is locked for 15 minutes to protect it. Wait 15 minutes and try again.
How do I delete my account?
Sign in, open My account and use Delete my account. Your account file is removed from our server straight away. You can also ask Player Care to do it for you.
Your login details are safe with us
Every form on Cruises Online is server-based. When you press a button to sign up, sign in or send a message, your details travel over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our server, where they are checked and processed. Nothing is kept in the web page itself and no account information is ever displayed or stored in your browser.
Sign-up, sign-in and every form are handled on our server. Nothing about your account is stored in the page or in your browser.
Your password is turned into a one-way hash before it's saved. Nobody - not even us - can read it.
Once you sign in, a protected session cookie (HttpOnly, SameSite) keeps you signed in. Scripts can't read it.
Five wrong passwords lock the account for 15 minutes to stop guessing attacks.
Private server storage
Each account is kept as a protected file on our server that cannot be opened from the web. No account data, tables or database queries are ever exposed to visitors.
Server-sent messages
Contact and Player Care forms are sent by our server through an authenticated, encrypted mail service. Spam is filtered automatically.
Protected logs
We keep a private log of form submissions and account events (never passwords) to answer requests and spot misuse. Logs are blocked from public access.
No payment details
We never ask for card or bank details because there is nothing to buy. Anyone asking for them in our name is not us.
You stay in control
Delete your account any time from My account - it's removed from our server immediately.
Stay alert
We will never ask for your password by email, phone or chat. Keep it private and use a password you don't use anywhere else.
Coins, XP and ship ranks
How many coins do I start with?
Every new account starts with 50,000 free coins.
How does the daily bonus work?
Once every 24 hours you can collect 10,000 free coins and 50 XP from My account. The countdown shows when the next one is ready.
How do I earn XP and level up?
You earn 10 XP each time you launch a game (once per game every 30 minutes) and 50 XP for each daily bonus. XP moves you through ten ranks, from Deckhand to Fleet Admiral.
Can I buy, sell or cash out coins?
No. Coins are free virtual items with no money value. They can't be bought, sold, transferred or exchanged for money or prizes.
